FAQs

We love animals, but for the safety of all farm animals and other guests, we only allow leashed, medically necessary pets on the farm and in the retail store if you bring current vaccination records.

Ideally you should pick a day where you have 1 1/2 or more hours to enjoy everything on the farm. LAST ENTRANCE IS AT 5PM EVERY DAY WE ARE OPEN with the last wagon ride going out within one half hour of closing: so last wagon ride out is 5:30, we close at 6 pm.

We truly wish we could offer everything without any charges, but that’s what keeps us in operation! As October is all about the unique, round, orange fruit, and since we grow pumpkins, we receive numerous donation requests. To manage these requests fairly, we have implemented the Johnson Farm Donation Policy. If your organization is a non-profit or faith-based entity from our local Belton community, we will consider your request for a donation during the season. If your enterprise aligns with any of these criteria, please reach out to us through the Contact Us tab, and we will respond accordingly. Unfortunately, if your request does not fall within these categories, we regret that we won’t be able to reply to your email.

Indeed, we operate independently without any funding from city parks and rec divisions, and we warmly invite you to explore and appreciate the efforts we put into stewarding this land we’re blessed to own. The admission fee is essential as it aids in covering various expenses, such as overhead costs, insurance, providing living wages to our workers, and making yearly improvements that contribute to your enjoyable experience. Rest assured, we work tirelessly to earn every bit of your entertainment investment.

Currently, we do not have wholesale discounts available for pumpkins or mums, and we do not facilitate orders for the delivery or pickup of these products. Our primary focus is on providing a family entertainment venue, and we prioritize meeting the needs of our local community in this regard.
However, we do welcome customers to visit our retail store in person to pick up pumpkins themselves. Our retail prices are as follows:
– Pumpkins: 59 cents per pound.
– Mini pumpkins and gourds: $1 per pound.
If our crop yields suggest that we have a surplus available for wholesale customers, we will make an announcement on our homepage and share the information on our Facebook page.
We appreciate your interest in our products.

It’s actually easier to tell you what is NOT included!

In Pumpkin Season you will pay extra for:

  • Harvested crops
  • Concessions
  • Any retail store items

We allow unlimited timed jumps on our Giant Jumping Pillow which are included in every child’s admission. We ONLY run Farmer Tom’s Crazy Train on the Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.We do not  have the Dinosaur Chomper, Pumpkin Cannon, or Pig Races during weekdays, which is why the admission to the play yard costs less Monday – Friday.
