Of course, you can vist our RETAIL STORE for no admission charge EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK for pumpkins, squash, mums and harvest and halloween items. It's open from 9 am to 6 pm daily.
But, if you haven’t yet experienced a day at our Pumpkin Patch, you need to visit us this year. This will be our 10th year of providing the area’s families good old fashioned outdoor family fun. Pumpkin Season Begins September 23
Decorate with festive, fall colors.
The oranges, red and yellows of autumn await you at Johnson Farms. From Cinderalla pumpkins to pom pom mums, we’ll have plenty of colorful decorations ready to dress up your home and landscape with natural beauty. Here’s a list of what you can expect to harvest from our 40 acres:
- All shapes, sizes and colors of pumpkins
- All shapes, sizes and colors of Gourds
- All shapes, sizes and colors of Giant Squash
- All shapes, sizes and colors of Indian Corn
- Many unusual Sunflowers and Zinnias
- Over 90 varieties of garden mums
- Various autumn vegetables


Borrow one of our wheelbarrows, harvest pumpkins, gourds and squash, pay only 35 cents per pound. PICK 100LBS. OR MORE, PAY ONLY 25 CENTS PER POUND! We also have pre-harvested items in our retail area available at 39 cents per pound, right next to our incredible selection of fall garden mums priced $8.99 for a 3 gallon pot or 3 for $25.00. Hurry in for best selection of colors!

A Fun Way to Spend Your Day
After a wagon ride out to the field, your children will race through the 40-acre pumpkin patch and will thrill at the sight of their perfect pumpkin! This year our 20 ACRE CORN MAZE is directly across from the pumpkin patch so there's no need to enter through a completely different entranceor pay extra like other area pumpkin patches: IT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR ADMISSION!
We highly recommend that children under the age of 13 DO NOT ATTEMPT THE CORN MAZE WITHOUT SUPERVISION,
On the weekends we also have a small extra charge for pony rides, our gigantic jumping pillow and Farmer Tom's Barrel Train. Children must be 3 years or over for both the pillow and the ponies, and additionally must be less than 80 lbs. for pony rides. The barrel train is for 2 and up, unless mom or dad can fit in the barrel! Ride combos, pick either pillow or train, and a pony ride are only $5! Pillow and train alone are $2; pony rides alone are $4. Tickets are sold by the concession stand.
Most weekends with good weather you'll also be welcomed to the farm by the aroma of our Barnyard Grill, where we grill up angus burgers, our own sweet corn, and turkey legs!
The farm animal corral with weekend pig races beginning at 11 am, run every two hours* is a short trip from the Little Kids’ Maze Barn where your kids can lose themselves in one of three mazes. Or older children will enjoy the straw loft, gourd tunnel and Chickens of the World Exhibit not far from the Pumpkin Popper* and Pumpkin Chomper*! We’ve also got refreshing beverages and snacks once all the fresh air makes you realize it’s time for a snack. We have picnic space for plenty of people. Don’t forget to pick up Garden mums and Harvest and Halloween items in our retail area before you head home.

Johnson Farms Pumpkin Patch is open Monday through Friday 12 to 6 pm.
Saturday and Sunday 9 to 6 pm.
Admission Prices
Monday-Friday: $8.00 per person ages 3 and over
Saturday-Sunday: $10.00 per person ages 3 and over
Please note: This is a 140 acre working farm, so dress appropriately and be ready to run around and enjoy the fresh air. It’s also a good idea to bring a pair of gloves and your favorite cutters if you plan to harvest a pumpkin from our patch. Pets are not allowed at Johnson Farms, so please leave them at home if you plan to visit us this fall. Of course, medically necessary guide dogs are excluded from this restriction.
