If you haven't yet experienced a day at our Pumpkin Patch, you need to visit us this year. This will be our seventh season of providing the area's families good old fashioned outdoor family fun. At Johnson Farms, you'll be far from the city, but close to your home.

Pumpkin Season Begins September 17

Decorate with festive, fall colors.

The oranges, red and yellows of autumn await you at Johnson Farms. From Cinderalla pumpkins to pom pom mums, we'll have plenty of colorful decorations ready to dress up your home and landscape with natural beauty. Here's a list of what you can expect to harvest from our 30 acres:

• All shapes, sizes and colors of pumpkins

• All shapes, sizes and colors of Gourds

• All shapes, sizes and colors of Giant Squash

• All shapes, sizes and colors of Indian Corn

• Many unusual Sunflowers and Zinnias

• Various autumn vegetables

Fill a wheelbarrow (that we provide complimentarily), up to 100 lbs. for only $25, or pay 35 cents per pound for the items you harvest yourself. We also have pre-harvested items available in the Pumpkin Shed, including hardy fall mums priced $8.99 each or 3 for $25, or a half bushel basket planter for $22.50 each or 2 for $40.

A Fun Way to Spend Your Day

After a wagon ride out to the field, your children will race through the 3 acre pumpkin patch and will thrill at the sight of their perfect pumpkin! Your family can search their way through our huge 15 acre corn maze.

The farm animal corral is a short trip from the Pumpkin Shed where little ones are invited to take a slide ride into a pile of straw and discover the tot-size straw maze, while you check out our Shopping Shed, or grab a bite to eat at the Snack Shed. We have a picnic area available to everyone, and can accommodate large groups with advance notice. Plan on spending quality time with your family in a down-home, wide-open spacious setting.
