- Johnson Farms is located Southwest of Belton MO. at 177th & Holmes Road (17701 South State Route D).

From Downtown Kansas City: From the Three Trails Memorial Highway (formerly known as the Grandview Triangle) travel south on US-71. Exit and head West on MO-150 Hwy* (E 147th St). Turn left (South) onto SR-D (Holmes Rd) to 17701 S. State Rte D. We're on the left.
* They are in the final stages of the construction project at US Hwy 71 and MO-150 Hwy. Please exit at 140th St. and travel south on the outer road in order to gain access to MO-150 Hwy (147th St.). When you reach the stoplight, turn right and head west on MO-150 Hwy, then proceed as normal to 17701 South State Route D (Holmes Road)
- From Johnson County, KS: Take State Line Road to 135th Street. Head east on 135th St. (it becomes MO-150 Hwy). Exit at Holmes Road (Route D), turn right on Holmes Rd. and travel south approx. 4 miles.
* Do not attempt to reach us via 151st St, as the bridge east of Kenneth Road is closed and does not lead to Holmes Road at the present time.
